Stravito

Stravito is a knowledge management platform used by market research teams at large enterprises like Burberry, Comcast, and Electrolux.

During my time at Stravito I worked with the team responsible for experiences regarding search, upload and machine learning.

New onboarding feature for large file system

Customers onboard anywhere between 500-200k files. To train customer specific ML models we also needed parts of the data to be accurately annotated. Prior this was done manually by our Operations team, creating a limit on how many customers we could onboard per quarter.

Megaupload is a feature that allows customers to easily transfer large volumes of files in bulk, enabling them to migrate onto the Stravito platform in a fast and efficient way.

New search experience

Increasing content consumption 

The primary content on our platforms are insights reports, but as Stravito’s customer base grew so did the amount of new content types we supported. Although highly requested, we noticed very low engagement in sub-content. When interviewing customers we discovered that the sub-content was very hard to find due to legacy design.
